quality

I have had these for a month. I went back and forth on buying and then on whether to keep them. They are beautiful. They show as a quality boot. The main problem I have is they aren't worth the money. For a 1000 dollars, they should be better. They are noisy. When you walk, you hear them. They are not the most comfortable boot I have...not even close. I have nearly a dozen pair of AE boots. I love them. These boots aren't worth double the cost of their traditional boot.

Wow - the craftsmanship is unparalleled

These Maddox Reserve Wingtip Dress Boots are the real deal. The leather is rich and high-quality, and the wingtip detailing gives them a sharp, classic look that works with both suits and jeans. After a short break-in, they’re extremely comfortable and feel custom to your foot. The build quality is top-tier. Worth the high ticket price.

Great boot for all occasions

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very stylish and comfortable. The pull loop is not well secured, be careful not to rip it off as I did the first time I wore the boot.

Great shoe - runs extremely long

The shoes look great however they run extremely large/long in size. I ordered a 12EEE in the Maddox and I also have a 12EEE in the Dalton. The Maddox is almost a full inch longer than the same size Dalton. I really wanted to keep them but had to return.

Best ever.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Best wingtips I own. Comfortable from day 1 and break in beautifully. Will buy every one of the reserve line.
