Shia-SLB 2-in-1 Double Face Wool Coat with Removable Bib

This is my first Mackage purchase and I’m hooked! This coat is very well made and warm but not too heavy. The inner puffy part is removable and only extends about four inches into the coat. The inner liner is soft. This is a high quality coat with sturdy stitching. The belt is leather on one side and wool on the other. The hood is thick and heavy and stays in place. I’m 5’4” 120lbs and the coat hits me at the bottom of my knee. The sleeves are just barely too long on me. You can wear a thick sweater under.

First, the beautiful snow white color depicted in the product image is completely inaccurate. It is a solid medium cream. It looks very much like wool weave. It does not look as smooth as the material in the photograph. It is also a bit more bulky than the photo and I think that it runs a full size small. I’m very disappointed that Nordstrom once again has wasted my time by posting an incorrect image. Do they not have any idea how time-consuming it can be to shop when they do stuff like this?

I don’t have a single complaint! I bought this in black, cream, and camel/caramel. This jacket is high-quality, durable, and keeps me plenty warm. Whenever I choose to pair it with a scarf I just remove the dickey (I think that’s what it’s called- the puffer turtleneck part that’s zipped into the upper part of the coat) and it takes seconds to zip it back in. I love that this coat provides this option and also that it’s easily removable and easy to zip back onto the coat. An added bonus is the giant hood. I went up a size (I normally wear xs tops but I bought my Mackage in a size small) because it allows me room to layer underneath. Fits like a glove
