Macademia Combat Boot (Women)

Love these shoes. I wanted to not like them since they were so expensive. But I can’t return them now. I’m obsessed with them. The color is such a rich dark brown. Comfy. Great height and I love the combat boot style. Worth the splurge (unfortunately for my bank account). Love these over the shiny black. Def give them a try! I always wear a size 7 and these fit perfect.

I am freaking OBSESSED with these. They are probably my favorite loub purchase in quite some time. I am a corporate lawyer and actually wore them to the office for a fun twist on an otherwise very conservative tweed dress/suit set I had on. You could easily style these in the winter with jeans or leggings or in the summer with a more delicate dress. They are definitely comfortable - I wore them for hours walking around the city since the sole won't wear off on these. They have great grip and are very easy to walk in. On sizing, I would call these TTS, but I have had a lot of range in loubs over the last couple of years so they're pretty style dependent. I most typically wear a 9.5, which is what I went with here, but there was easily room for socks. Most other booties I end up doing a 10 or even 10.5 so there's room for more than just very thin socks, so suppose these run a bit larger than their other booties. That being said, in non-designer shoes I am an 8.5 and have some other loubs in a 9, so I would not call these "true to size" compared to a standard shoe size. Definitely size up a bit if these are some of your first shoes from this brand.
