How to use: Apply Strobe Cream with your fingertips or a brush. For more intensity, add on top of your foundation. For a more subtle glow, apply under your foundation. Mix with your favorite liquid or cream foundation for a natural glow. Apply Extra Dimension Skinfinish using a brush as desired.
