What it is: A silky gel emulsion primer that hydrates and refines skin, while adding a luminous glow.
What it does: It creates a smooth canvas for foundation or powder application. It's the brand's classic primer to help achieve radiant, glowy skin that features illuminating pearlescent powders to reflect optic radiance. M∙A∙C Prep + Prime Natural Radiance is available in two shades: Radiant Yellow and Radiant Pink to accommodate a range of skin tones. The primer formula disappears upon application, resulting in a beautiful glow. It provides all-day, long-term hydration that smoothes and softens skin. It helps improve radiance and contains known antioxidants that refine skin.
How to use: Smooth primer evenly all over the face or to the desired areas after moisturizer (right before foundation) with fingertips, sponge or brush.

Can't live without it
I recently changed my make up routine to MAC (from another brand who discontinued my favorite foundation).
I have large pores, occassional hormonal acne, and sensitive skin, with patches of dryness on my cheeks and oily T-zone..
The MAC associate recommended Complete Comfort Cream, this Natural Radiance Base, Face&Body Foundation, Mineralized Skin Finish and Fix Spray. I always wait a few hours to see if my face slides off or if I break out. I am on Day 7 of the same routine and no break outs! Hurray!
I thought I could live without the Natural Radiance Base but the MAC associate suggested I go 1 day without to see if I noticed a difference. And boy did I notice the difference! Without - my face appeared dull and matte. With Natural Radiance Base, I felt like my face had an inner glow; the light reflected better off my face and seem to soft focus my lines and pores. Now I can't live without it!
I must say that I LOVE LOVE LOVE the Complete Comfort Cream. Nordy's doesn't seem to sell it on-line but the store has it in stock. It really soothing and non greasy! I HIGHLY recommend the Complete Comfort Cream too.

Try something else
Used this primer for quite awhile (i.e. the whole bottle), and noticed that I would become really oily under my studio fix fluid foundation and needed to constantly touch up with blot sheets or powder. On a whim I tried a sample of the smashbox photo finish, and my foundation looked 10x better. Now, I can literally do a 10 hour shift at my job without worrying about how oily my face is getting. I love MAC but this product was beyond disappointing and I would not recommend it to anyone. Smashbox is great, lancome la base pro is my go to primer.

best primer, hands down
I have oily, sensitive, acne-prone skin with large pores and I've tried many primers to help keep makeup on my face but I will say this is the best I've ever used and I don't think I will be going back to any other brands. I got this as a sample and used it for a week and instantly noticed that my makeup looked the same from the time I put it on in the morning until late at night when I got home. It's great. I wore it for an all day outdoor event where I got sweaty but the makeup still looked flawless. I went back and bought the bottle. I feel like my face is glowing. It's worth the price, I promise!

Worth every dime
I try to be very careful about what I use on my skin
But I was intrigued by the idea of making my face look like I have that glow, it did not disappoint... My pores were smaller and people complimented me on how my face looked younger .
Great product !!! I use the pink tinted one , love love it.

Visible Difference
I really like using this base over my sunscreen and under foundation and powder. I feel that my oily/combination skin is smoother, pores are less visible, and powder and blush look smoother and last longer. It is a bit pricey, however, a bottle has lasted me over a year with almost daily usage. A little goes a long way.

very moisturizing
I decided to try this hoping it would offer enough moisture under my makeup without causing my face to be shiny. While I have large pores and as a result very oily skin in my T-zone, lately in the winter, I have been having some mild dryness around my nose and on my chin. I found this added enough moisture without interfering with my foundation (MAC Studio Fix). It has a hint of radiance to it and if you do not wear foundation it will give your complexion a natural glow.
