The Best Exfoliator On the Market
MAC Volcanic Ash is the only product that has ever truly cleaned out my pores and healed my periodic blemishes. I use it twice weekly and it leaves my skin smooth and glowing every time. My moisturizer is better absorbed and my makeup goes on perfectly. I have sensitive skin and this has never irritated it; only improved it. I also use it on my body and it leaves my skin shimmering. You never have to scrub. Just dampen your skin and smooth it on using a gentle circular motion. Follow with a good moisturizer and your skin will look radiant for days.

Not as good as Exfolikate...
...but really what is? This exfoliator is black, one of the reasons I bought it, because I have the black mud masque by Kerstin Florian which I love madly. The MAC Volcanic Ash goes on smoothly but it's a bit bigger-grained than I like....I prefer the superfine grains in exfoliators because I feel they really get into my pores and root out dirt. This product also leaves a balm-y feeling after use....I have to use a cleanser after because I don't like the residue. If it were more fine-grained and rinsed clean I would like it a whole lot more. Still fun to use though.

Brightens and smooth skin...
I'm actually impressed with this volcanic face exfoliator!! It leaves my skin smooth and brighter. Just make sure that you don't have any abrasions or irritations on you skin because it does burn..;)
