What it is: A dual-face eye and lip makeup remover that sweeps off even the most tenacious waterproof mascara and lip color.
Who it's for: All skin types.
What it does: This gentle, no-rinse formula contains soothing cucumber extract and refreshing damascus rose flower water.
How to use: Shake the bottle to combine the dual-phase formula, then saturate a cotton pad with the product. Gently wipe over your eyes and/or lips to remove makeup. There's no need to rinse.

THE BEST REMOVER EVER!!
I've tried SO many eye makeup removers. This by far this the worlds BEST!!!! It is a mixture of oil and water. You simply shake it a few times and apply 4 or 5 drops onto a cottonball and your waterproof mascara AND your tuff mascara base comes right off. The plus side of this product is that it leaves NO oily feeling on your eyes and face, none. Two to three very gentle wipes across my eyes is all I need. Makeup comes right off - again leaves NO oily residue. I wish I had found this YEARS ago! I used to dread taking off my waterproof and mascara base because it was hard and took a very long time! Not no more! Like I said shake, drop a few drops on a cotton ball and swipe across your eys and you will have clean eyes in approx. 1 minute or less! To me this is magic in a bottle!! LOVE IT ! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS!!!!!!!!!

Never mind
I managed to open the thing, (press down and twist - childproof as if it was toxic) and then … nothing would come out. I tried a bottle opener, a screwdriver, a butcher knife (got a nice slice in my hand from that effort) and then the thing went into the trash. Maybe the mystery fluid inside works great. I'll never know. I'm spending my money on things I can get out of the container. And band aides. And antibiotic ointment.

not the best but good
This remover does a good job of taking off my make up but it tends to sting my eye.
I will not re-purchase this. I would much rather get the Lancome make up remover.

Perfect!
This is the best eye and lip makeup remover. It's very gentle, no stinging. Great for delicate skin area and for women with skin allergies to certain products. I have never had a problem with this product except when I run out! Now I just order it online and get it very quickly!
It is very dry in Colorado and this product soothes that problem while still being very effective.

Best remover
This remover is gentle, yet it seriously takes off everything, including eyelash glue from my eyes. It has a little bit of an oily-feel, but a dry tissue wipe afterwards takes care of it.
