Kohl Power Eye Pencil is a kohl pencil that has all the intensity and color power of ultra-soft carbon. Specially formulated to provide deep, fully opaque coverage, it provides an intense, smoked finish with duochrome pearl. It's safe for use on your waterline and can be blended or smudged for total versatility.
How to use: Apply directly to lid.
