What it is: A PH-activated lip balm that conditions and strengthens the moisture barrier of lips, with activated tints that hit lips with shiny, shade-shifting colors.

What it does: Lip balm doesn't have to be boring. 10 PH-activated tints hit lips with shiny, shade-shifting color and 24 hours of moisture. This comfy, cushiony balm is infused with a nourishing blend of jojoba seed and sunflower oils, along with shea butter for a softer, smoother and more supple look. Plus, it prevents dryness while protecting and strengthening the moisture barrier of lips. It serves up a personalized, playful pop of glowy color based on the unique chemistry of your pout. Melt it across lips and bounce it across cheeks with your fingertips. This fresh formula is free of the stuff you don't want, including parabens, phthalates and animal-derived ingredients, and the packaging is crafted using recyclable materials.

Key Ingredients: Shea butter, sunflower seed oil and jojoba seed oil.

How to use: Apply lip balm directly to lips or cheeks. Use your fingertips to blend out the colour across cheekbones, temples or the bridge of your nose.

Great Product!

I’ve been using the Guerlain KissKiss lip balm line but at $40 a tube it’s an expensive habit. This Mac lip balm is the best dupe for Guerlain!!! My lips stay hydrated and gives me the hint of color I want. Introvert is a color dupe for Guerlain blossom kiss and Photogenic is a color dupe for Dior’s pink balm. Will definitely keep buying this instead of Guerlain or Dior.

**Very Frustrating Online Ordering Experience**

I ordered an item online from this store, but it was never shipped. Instead, I received an update saying that the item had been returned, even though **I never returned it** and never even received the item. Unfortunately, this has happened to me a few times in the past as well. At first, I thought this was just something that occasionally happened with a large company, but it has become very frustrating to experience it repeatedly. I understand that problems can happen with online orders, but when an order is marked as “returned” even though the customer never returned it, there should be a clear explanation and better communication. I hope the company can look into this issue and improve its online ordering and shipping process. thank you .

So so

Not the best balm out there. Whole PH change is gimmicky at best. Color vibe is no where close to what it is in the bullet. I don’t have issue with color payoff as this is a balm and expected it to be sheer. My problem is the product is NOT that moisturizing. It feels comfortable on the lips but does not actually conditions or treats lips. Product just sit on top of your lips. As another reviewer mentioned, if you have dry patches or chapped lips, product clings to it & emphasizing it. This product has the look and feel of a balm but lacks performance. Big NO for me!

I bought a nice subtle pale pink color Favourite. The Ph activating color turned a much brighter, darker color that looks like chapped lips on me. No thank you.

Good lip balm but not exceptional

Based on the description, I thought this lip balm would be amazing. But, for me, in my 70’s, it is just not. BUT - it is a very nice lip balm, soothing to your lips, very pleasant aroma, and it seems to bring out a little color on my lips. It does not put a bunch of shine on you which is a plus for me. Definitely worth a try

love this color and is the 2nd time I buy it.

What I did not like about this is that this is the second time I don’t receive a product. For some reason the products keep being delivered to another address and someone else is getting my products. I don’t know why this happens. Next time I will order it and will pick it up in store. Sorry, I had to put only 2 stars.
