What it is: A two-in-one waterproof, matte black eyeliner with a liquid felt-tip brush on one end and a mechanical kajal pencil on the other.
What it does: The liquid felt-tip pen delivers clean and precise winged lines while the kajal end is perfect for blendable, smoked-out smudges and can be used along both the lashline and waterline. Each long-wearing formula is resistant to sweat and humidity.
How to use: Apply the liquid liner directly to your lashline. Apply the kajal pencil to the lashline and/or the waterline. Roll the kajal pencil all the way down after each use before putting the liner cap on.
