What it is: A water-resistant liquid eye liner pen with a precision brush tip that wears strong all day long for 24 hours.

This mistake-proof, tapered-tip pen creates the perfect line – thick or thin – in one sweep. Smudge-proof,trasnfer resistant, sweat-resistant, humidy-proof and budge-resistant, this liner offers superior, intense colorin black or brown. It wears strong all day long, yet removes with just warm water.

How to use: Apply eyeliner directly to the lashline. For the finest line, use the brush tip. For a bolder one, try the brush's flat side.

Favorite Eyeliner
I have always been an avid cat-eye advocate. I am 36 and as I age my eyelids have started to become more wrinkled and are slowly started to lower. On top of that I have severe eye allergies which cause watery/itchy eyes. This is the ONLY eyeliner that doesn’t smear or wear off when my eyes randomly start to water. It also lasts a good few months if you wear it a few times a week.

This black eyeliner flowed on beautifully. Unfortunately just 1 hour later I could see dark circles begin to form under my eyes and by the end of the day I looked like a raccoon and had black gunk from the eyeliner in the corners of my eyes. Too bad because it applied nicely.

Easiest Eyeliner Ever
This is my favorite eyeliner because of the brush tip. I have tried 3 other brands with brush tips but this one is the best. It’s flexible and foolproof. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because I do get some movement from the liner after 5-6 hours of wear. Nothing major but I have used other brands that have better staying power.

Not as good as I had hoped, runs
I was expecting a lot, I guess. I thought for $22 it would be more rich and intense and stay on better. I will say the flow is nice. Wish a little stronger and longer.
