poor quality
I have been a Nordstrom customer since 1980. I never write reviews but I had to with this rug. This is the poorest quality rug. Even on sale it wasn’t worth it. Literally it falls apart when you wash it, the yarns fall out.

poor quality
I have been a Nordstrom customer since 1980. I never write reviews but I had to with this rug. This is the poorest quality rug. Even on sale it wasn’t worth it. Literally it falls apart when you wash it, the yarns fall out.

look nice at first but quickly flatten
This looked nice when first delivered but it quickly flattened and when you step on it, you can feel the floor through the rug. It’s super thin and looks way cheaper than it actually cost.

The size, color and feel of the rug is great. However, it started to shed immediately and is so messy. One thing more I can’t do is clean up fibers from a bath mat.

Not as expected
The bath rug was very soft but did not absorb water well. The second person using it would step on a wet and flattened, thin mat. It felt cheap, and I was glad I could return it.

Quality not what it used to be
I’ve had several of these in the past more ribbed version and they were great. The new style is no where near the same quality - no cushion and looks very warn after only a day. It’s disappointing for the Nordstrom brand to be so cheaply made.

not luxury
I love the size and the grip on back. I would not describe it as luxurious. It looks like a cheap shag rug up close and the corners are not covered evenly. I will be returning.
