Buyer Beware - 3rd Part Vendor
Never received this item (xs stucco heather cardigan) as an incorrect item was shipped in its place (large blue dress). Called Nordstrom to remedy the issue, but they are unable to correct the situation since this is a third party vendor issue. Nordstrom said they are unable to send the correct item at the price I previously paid after first offering this as a solution. Now spending additional time shipping back the incorrect item after 20+ mins on with customer service with no resolution. Fingers crossed that return and refund is received with no issue…
