Hydrating lipstick with buildable color
MAC lipstick has always been top tier in color options and quality. But you don’t always want a bold or heavy lipstick look for casual daily wear. This hybrid lip balm-lipstick is for when you need something more low maintenance and focused on lip care and hydration but still want lip flattering color. “Thanks it’s MAC” is the perfect brown-pink “your lips but better shade.” It feels smooth and hydrating and less thick and prone to transference than regular lipstick. The glossy finish tinted balm lasts for a couple hours and fades evenly without leaving a stain. The buildable color and slightly glossy finish makes me feel naturally beautiful and put together for everyday or on-the-go wear. I love that it contains natural oils like jojoba, coconut and olive oil as my lips are very chronically dry, and it provides about as much hydration as a high-quality lip balm. This kept my lips moisturized and didn’t emphasize any dryness or texture upon application. I will be repurchasing and exploring other color variants of the Lustreglass formula, as it’s perfectly balanced between color and hydration, and I find the finish to naturally enhance my lips.
