Luring High Waist Barrel Jeans

These barrel jeans are sweet, but they’re going to stretch and they run 1 - 2 sizes to large. I ordered my normal size 29/8 and the waist and the waist was loose and they were large through the front and hip area. I’m going to reorder on line both a 27 & 28 and see what fits. Incorrect sizing charts are frustrating when ordering on line and having to wait to 6-10 days to receive them. I wish companies would work toward standardizing sizes.

These run slightly large. Fit is smaller waist (true high rise) and lots of room in hips and thighs. My normal size is 27 in 100% cotton. These have 2% stretch. This makes them SO comfortable but if you like stiff non stretch leave these. I ordered 26 and the fit is perfect. Not a loose fit but baggy legs as expected for the style. Barrel is not too exaggerated. Looks wonderful with cropped top as well as fitted T with oversized blazer. In seam is true full length not cropped on 5’9”.
