beads fall off.
The purse is cute but the beads have started falling off in the first month of using it. I would suggest another version than a beaded one. I asked customer service if I could get beads to fix it and they said no.

Zipper problem.
I can't unzip it all the way as the zipper gets stuck then I struggle to get it zipped closed again.
