Tiered Gown Pleated

I wore this to a military ball and was surprised by how often I was stopped and complimented. If you are busty, this dress is very flattering and has enough structure that you can go without a bra, if you are comfortable doing that. If not, then a little boob tape and you are good to go. I ended up cutting off the ties in the back because I didn't see any need for them and felt the dress looked better without them. I feel like the dress is more of a deep teal than emerald green really. It's very pretty. I am 5'6' and wore 5.25" platform heels and the dress was definitely all the way to the floor. Technically it needed to be hemmed, but I was too lazy, and wasn't all that worried about it. p.s. If you are short, dresses are always going to be too long, don't poorly rate something because of needing a hem, women that are tall cannot add to the length, whereas you can easily have it cut off. :)
