My twin sister and I both ordered size 4 and received size 6. Called Nordstrom and they placed another order for us for size 4 and received size 6. Really surprised with the vendor’s Nordstrom is doing business with. I’ve been shopping at Nordstrom over 20 years and size 4 shoe prices are so expensive- can’t find any shoe that’s priced like the normal shoe size. The quality of the vendors has gone down!!!!

I ordered size 4. Received a size 6. Contact customer service. They re-ordered a new size 4. And again they sent me a size 6. Returned for a complete refund. Don’t bother purchasing from this brand ever again My twin sister ordered the same boot and received the same results. Ordered size 4 and she got a size 6.
