Love these jeans!

Save your money
The waist is similar to sweatpants but with broken elastic. They will not stay up at all. The material is also fraying on the thigh areas after just a couple weeks. These are very low quality. I attempted to return them before writing a review but since I'd worn them, and could only discover these flaws after wearing them, the return was not accepted and so I feel ripped off.

TOO BIG
After much research I discovered that the new 181 jeans with cool Max run a bit larger. I usually took 40 waist 34 length now in order for them to fit with the cool max material. I have a 36 waist and 34 length size and they fit perfect, so be aware
