Lovely and well-made dress - try it!
This 100% polyester (handwash/line dry) dress looks beautiful on the model and on the hangar, not so much on me. I am 5'11" and 180 lbs, so I thought this A-line dress with fabric gathered at waist would flatter me like other such dresses in my closet. I think the large draped sleeves appear on my broad shoulders blends with the torso to make me look like linebacker. I think it would look better on someone without such broad shoulders. As the dress is so lovely, I recommend trying it on to see if you like it on yourself.
