Bag strap is adjustable.
Just wanted to pop on to say that the strap IS adjustable. The "buckle" to adjust it is at the end of one side of the strap INSIDE the bag, so all you see from the outside is a nice clean line. I almost missed it, and was reluctant to buy the bag since a reviewer said it wasn't adjustable. Some of the other Bao Bao styles have the adjustable part on the long, visible part. Now that I've gotten this and see how ingeniously they made it adjustable from the inside, I like the look even more - the overall look is a little dressier and clean. It can go as short as you'd like, and also be a long enough cross body. I'm 5'5" and it can hit my hip.
