wanted to love it but sizing chart was off

First of all, what I loved - the color was perfect, the style I loved. What I didnt - the fabric was very rough I ordered an 8 based upon the sizing chart. I am normally a 6. The dress was much too large for me. Unfortunately I needed it right away so I just returned it as I couldnt wait to receive a 6.
