Too narrow and small

I bought these and had to return them because the straps were too tight. I was so looking forward to wearing "dressy" chacos. Maybe they will come in a wide.

Pretty good

Good fit for a slightly wider foot. Very comfy and cute. They fit a little loosely so I had to get used to that.

Not for narrow feet

I really wanted to like these (one of the few Chacos that come in my size), but the non-adjustable top toe strap was too loose for my narrow foot. The heel straps were great, so maybe this would be better for someone with a wide toe box. I would get these custom built in a heartbeat 😭 Points for having such an easy return system!

Run big

Too long/big. I wear 8.5. Ordered a 9. Would have been fine with an 8. They tell you to order up. Also ordered tennis shoes. Too wide in the heal. Slips on my foot. Disappointed. For all I hear how great a brand, I will not order again.
