Received a pair that had a huge scrape on each shoe. I contacted their customer service and their response was "that's distressing done by our Italian Artisans." The shoes were in otherwise pristine condition except for what looked like a child with sandpaper attacked one spot. They looked absolutely terrible, so were returned promptly.

Ordered a 15. Shoe is smaller than most 14s. To be sure a US 15 is not a Euro 48,though the brand claims it is. Should be a 49 or 50. Beware.
