Poor Quality
Received a pair that had a huge scrape on each shoe. I contacted their customer service and their response was "that's distressing done by our Italian Artisans." The shoes were in otherwise pristine condition except for what looked like a child with sandpaper attacked one spot. They looked absolutely terrible, so were returned promptly.
