Tiered Ruffle Cotton Miniskirt

Gorgeous gorgeous skirt and the exact color I needed for an event however I received this item used with no tags. It had little stains through the ruffles and the threading undone on the edges. Never had this problem before with Nordstrom so maybe just a one off but it was disappointing to receive in that condition.
