Insanely CHEAP

I was really disappointed with this dress. It is basically made out of cheap T shirt material. It runs extremely small. I weight 98-103 lbs, am 5'3 and a 32A. I am a 00, size 23-24, and purchased the XS and could barely get it on. There is no zipper, it is just pull on style.
