Maxi Dress

This maxi dress is AWESOME! I bought a small petite and it fits perfectly. The length is great - I can wear with flats or wedges, and am not tripping over myself like in most maxi dresses. The fabric is soft and a little thin - I don’t have that rock solid bod anymore (hello quarantine + 30s metabolism), but my flaws aren’t totally on display. The cut of the dress hugs my curves just right and camos the pooch I’ve developed the past few months ;) for reference - 5’4”, 130 (ish haha) lbs, 29 waist, typically wear size 6-8 or a Medium in bottoms.

I absolutely LOVE this maxi! Being a shorter girl (5'1 and 110 lbs), it's super hard for me to find a maxi that isn't dragging on the floor. I finally found the perfect one and I couldn't be happier! I purchased it in small petite and the length was perfect for my 5'1 frame. I could have probably went with the petite P because the dress fit but I actually thought the length was a bit too short on me as it came up to my ankles. The small petite was a better fit because it was only a few centimeters from touching the floor. I loved it so much I got it in black and the pink rose color as well. Such a beautiful summer maxi, so happy I found it. Thanks Nordstrom!

Very soft, very sturdy, im 5'2 130 lb and I got the M (mom bod ya feel me) so its a little baggy so I prob could get away with a S however I eat a lot of left over chicken nuggets and half eaten french fries so I like a little room to grow! Petite was perfect for my height!! Love Love! If it was cheaper I would buy in another color!!

I ordered this in the navy blue in a size large and it was a little to tight for me. I am an apple shape with a little tummy and 38 D. I reordered in and extra large and it was better but a little big. I think it would be beautiful on anyone without any figure flaws in the middle. On the hanger I just loved it but could not say the same on my body shape. Nice fabric, flowey, length was great and I'm only 5'2".

I ordered this dress in a Petite M (my usual size) in the navy color. However, I was disappointed that it was still too long. The way the dress is cut is that the sides of the dress are longer than the front and back. So although the dress fit perfectly in the front and back, the sides touched the ground too much. I am 5'1". This dress did fit much better than many other "petite" styles I have ordered and I thought the side length issue could be corrected by wearing wedges. However, since the dress is stretchy and forgiving, I decided to size down. Please keep in mind, I never size down. Even when others suggest to size down, I always order my regular size in addition to the smaller size, just in case. Here, however, I am so glad I decided to go one size smaller. Although things fit a little more snugly in the PS, the length was much better and the rounded neckline sit a little higher on my chest which I appreciated it. The dress still fit very well, and now I can wear it with flats or wedges.
