Long Sleeve Faux Wrap Midi Dress

I bought this dress in burgundy, size S. It fits true to size. The top of the dress is not fitted and will blouse a little with the batwing sleeves. The top is faux wrap with the wrapping fixed at the waist. The skirt is not a wrap skirt and has a mid-thigh slit at the side. I find the wrap top provides good coverage on the chest. Usually, DVF wrap dresses don’t fit with my broad shoulders and narrow rib cage. This fits! The knit fabric is cozy and soft. It should be about right in a slightly cool office.

Lovely soft wrap dress that is generously sized. I went up a size, but didn't need to. My disappointment is that the solid beige I envisioned is actually black/white flecks that blend into a melange of greige. Taking another look at the site, other colors (black, brown) also have these flecks of black/white and some don't. I wanted a beige dress not a muddy black/white/grey. Reluctantly returned because it is otherwise a perfect dress.
