'Zada' Knee High Riding Boot (Nordstrom Exclusive)

This is about the 10th pair of boots I've ordered so far this fall, and it's the first pair I've really liked. The leather is perfect: thick and buttery soft; seems very high quality. I'm a size 11, which makes it tricky to find a good fit since I can't just go up or down a half size. These fit almost perfectly; they're a tiny bit snug in the toe and wide in the heel, but that's how most shoes are on my foot. My two small complaints are: 1) I thought this would finally be a calf that wasn't too wide, as the description says 14 3/4 inch calf circumference, but when I measure it at the widest point, it's over 17 inches. It gapes a lot on my leg, but I think it still looks okay. 2) The zipper pull sticks out and looks sort of odd--I'm not really sure why the zipper is there at all--but if I keep them, I'll just remove the zipper pull and it won't be noticeable anymore. Really beautiful, well-made boots--definitely a steal if you get them on sale!
