not the bag advertised
A couple of issues with this bag: 1. The bag pictured is not what you receive. Bag is featured with an adjustable strap, but the bag received has a very short non-adjustable strap (see photo). 2. This bag doesn’t actually come from Nordstrom. They’re selling it on behalf of The Sak, and the bag ships from The Sak. I purchased this bag during a Nordstrom sale. When I received the wrong bag, I called Nordstrom to inquire about exchanging for the proper bag. The sale had ended, but I was hoping to exchange and still be granted the sale price (which is how Nordstrom handles usual exchanges). However, I was told the bag - and the sale price - originated with The Sak, and Nordstrom could no longer honor the sale price. Furthermore, the return will be shipped to The Sak, not to Nordstrom. Disappointing.

fraying after less than a year.
I bought this purse last summer. Now it has a huge hole in it from the seam separating. I will contact the company to see if they would try to repair it. Besides that I have really loved the bag. Its roomy and nice looking.

Another winner from The San!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Another winner from The San! Of course! It’s a beautiful crocheted Los Feliz slouchy Hobo bag with plenty of support to hold all my things. And the multiple colored flower centers are so cute and adds color to the bag. There are ample pockets inside too. And the zipper pull is a good size…. easy to find. At first, I thought I might have preferred a crocheted handle instead of the leather one on it, but now I like the leather. It’s small enough to carry just a few things if I’m just running out for a quick errand, but big enough if I want to carry more things too. I love it, and am sure I’ll get lots of compliments. I’m going to a family get together this weekend and will show it off then.
