Arrived stained
I can’t tell you how disappointed I am with the item and service from Nordstrom. This blazer is gorgeous— the fabric, the fit. All tags attached and beautifully packaged. I tried it on and immediately notice 2 stains - one on each lapel. I contacted support via chat, and while very helpful, the Nordstrom rep’s manager said they cannot provide cleaning, they cannot give me a discount on the blazer so I can get it cleaned, and the item is sold out. All I can do is return for a full refund. I expect better when ordering an expensive item. And this is the second time in less than two months that I’ve received a worn, damaged item from Nordstrom. Do better. What happened to your customer service and standing behind your products?

Great Fall Wardrobe Staple
Lucky to purchase during anniversary for a good price point. Runs quite small. I’m usually a size 6 and bought medium and would have a tough time wearing this jacket buttoned with a thin top underneath. Hoping it will stretch out a bit and plan more to wear unbuttoned. It does smell a bit out of box -mixed leather and chemical dye smell that I’m hoping will fade with hanging up and may be a cause for return. Care tag notes made in china and 100% genuine leather though does not disclose leather sourcing. Otherwise well made, lined interior.

stains! avoid!
This jacket is amazing but it came with small stains that couldn’t be removed. I ordered two jacket sizes to find the better fit and both came stained. After deciding on the bigger size, I ordered another and the third jacket also had stains. Super disappointing because the fit and fabric is awesome.

Manufacturing issues
I purchased this jacket twice. Each time I had to return because it arrived with what looked like a glue stain. Unfortunate because it would have been a perfect piece! When looking at other reviews seems a lot of jackets have the same problem.
