For the price, it's worth it. I like that the bag is very spacious and can hold a ton. Couple things that may bother others is that there is only one pocket and that the strap is not adjustable. I bought plastic adjusters for the strap and I'm loving the bag even more! I included a video on how I used the strap adjuster

Love this Bag. Note: there are 2 blacks available. I ordered both to compare. The first one (Item #794296), I think is an older version. It is lacking the large inside pocket that the 2nd black one has (Item #794296). The only other difference is that Item #794296 has a thicker strap (similar to a seatbelt strap), and it is adjustable, so you can use shorter as a shoulder strap or long for crossbody. The strap on the 2nd one, Item #794296, is more elegant, but less functional, and the extra pocket inside was a deal breaker for me. I bought this bag with intention to use it for class/work. It is perfect!! My 13 inch Macbook pro fits comfortably in it, as well as a pencil pouch and books and a notebook and a makeup tote (medium, flat and leather.) I love the versatility of the straps. When I'm in a rush to get to work or class, shoulder strapping it all the way. Falls right at my hip, super comfortable. On a lunch date, so easy to put the strap in the bag and carry it on my arm as a hand bag. My best friend put it this way- Longchamp doesn't pretend to be anything other than what it is. The lines are timeless, functional, and elegant. The materials are simple and durable. Absolutely worth the money!

I own several Longchamp purses, some leather and some nylon. I like the quality of this heavier nylon piece and the fact that it has the same color throughout the construction, as opposed to the brown leather accents of the 'non-neo' versions. That said, I decided to return this piece for two reasons. (1) Since I wanted to use this as a purse and not a tote, I didn't like the wider sportier strap. (2) When I put my wallet and other accessories inside, I didn't like how it sagged because it doesn't have a fortified bottom. Even though I don't like the higher price of the leather version of of this tote, I returned it and ordered it in leather and love it! The leather version has a slimmer strap and a more fortified bottom and looks more like a purse than a tote. Even though I returned this tote, I gave it 4 stars for quality; knowing not everyone would be looking for exactly what I want in a tote and so most would possibly love this item.

Love the roominess of this bag and how super light it is. What I don't love is there are no interior pockets. I even tried putting my smaller items into little cosmetic bags to keep them from just being loose in the bottom of the bag. But it still seems hard to find things in this bag. So for that I give it 4 stars instead of 5 because for the price I think they could put in one or two small organizing compartments.

I had been looking for a roomy crossbody bag. This is not an easy feat for me; I am 5'9" and long-waisted. Most crossbody straps hit at my waist. And so many of the bags out now are too small for all the daily stuff I lug around. Fortunately, it works fine! Hits between my waist and hip, which may be a touch short but actually makes it easier for me to access. I love that the bag is so durable and practical-- without looking, uh, TOO practical. (Ex: Fanny packs are very practical but not attractive!). It can go from work to a night out to a nicer function. It's designer, and those who know will recognize the quality, but it's not flashy. The material is super lightweight, which puts less strain on the shoulders and back. And no matter how much you carry, there's always more stashing room! So why 4 stars and not 5? I'd like there to be more interior pockets than the one small one it has, though I'm aware that's standard Le Pliage design. And why not an adjustable strap?
