How to use: Apply the Kohl Eyeliner along the top waterline, then smudge slightly with your finger or a brush. Add to the lower lash line and waterline for a sexier, more defined look. The Long-Wear Cream Eyeshadow Stick can then be applied and smudged to create a soft, '90s smoky eye or applied all over the eyelid for a more finished look.
