Unfortunate shipment
Over $500 for this coat and it was shoved/unwrapped into a plastic envelope with no shipping/order information enclosed. While the coat is a beautiful color, since it's unlined and unstructured, it is too large. I will be returning it. Nordstrom should pay more attention to shipping items in a reasonable way.
