Wrong color received twice
For the second time I have received a Teddy Blake Lola Stampatto 10" in the wrong color. I ordered Burgundy and received cream the first time and returned it. I ordered Burgundy a second time and received green, which will have to be returned. The colors I received were not what was pictured on line or on my order confirmation. Very disappointed in Nordstrom and Teddy Blake brand.

wrong item!!!
Dont know what is wrong with this company but so many pp received wrong items. I called ND but they cant do anything about this 3rd party but to return it. I ordered beige and received a burgundy one! I dont dare to order straight from TB either if that how they handle their services.

Wrong Color
I also purchased this bag as a gift in Burgandy. Received cream, and without enough time to exchange for the correct color before Christmas. Really disappointed in Nordstrom for their obviously ongoing issue with this product.
