Fabulous shampoo for dry hair
After a long hiatus I started using this shampoo again. Due to medical procedures and medications my hair got "fried". I've tried almost a dozen "high-end and very high-end" shampoos, none of them gave my hair the moisture it needed (and was shocked to discover one of them actually had alcohol in it--my fault for not reading the ingredients first. I just assumed at that price it had to be good). This shampoo actually hydrates my hair. My hair feels soft, silky and shiny again after only 3 weeks of use. It doesn't strip my hair and leave it feeling like straw and unmanageable. It rinses out easily without leaving soapy residue in your hair. I also bought the L'Occitane intensive repair conditioner and mask to use with this. These products gave me my pre-surgery hair back again. This shampoo has the most beautiful soft calming herbal smell, not overpowering but makes it a joy to use. (I'd love an eau de parfum in this scent). I highly recommend this if you have dry hair.

Stinky non lathering shampoo
This shampoo does NOT lather. It smells like cherry cough syrup. I was not pleased with the results afterwards. Nothing special.

My favorite shampoo!
I really like this shampoo, it leaves my hair feeling clean, soft and smelling really good. I have reordered it many times! My hair is processed with highlights and hair dye and this shampoo makes such a big difference in the feel and texture.

I wanted to love it but
I bought this shampoo because of a sample I tried and loved ,however, this doesn't smell the same at all. It also dries out my hair. It smells very strong like something a mechanic uses to wash oil off of skin. My daughter says it smells like a wet diaper lol. I'm so sad because I thought I was going to love it!

Weird smell
I thought the smell would grow on me, but it still hasn't. The shampoo has a nice lather, but I prefer the smells of the other shampoos L'Occitane has to offer.
