I wanted to love it but...
So I bought this conditioner along with the shampoo because of a sample I tried and loved but it was nothing like the sample. The smell is strong and almost unbearable and my bottles arrived with both nozzles broken.

Best Detangler
This is the best detangler. I have long, thick, coarse, highlighted hair. I have tried everything and money is no object. I owned salons and day spas for decades. This is the best! I do hate the smell, though.

Yet Another Change
If you are like me and have used and loved this product for many years, you are likely to be disappointed in the change in smell and texture of this product. In August, they quit using silicone in it. Consequently, the lovely smell that it had for decades has been replaced with a scent that is frankly not at all pleasing. I wish l'Occitane would quit changing their fabulous products. I'm not longer going to buy this product, just like I'm not going to be the new version of shea hand and body wash. Two fabulous classics that are now gone thanks to changes. Please stop, L'Occitane!

New formula doesn't detangle hair
I've been using this line of hair products for at least 10 years, I've always loved it and people have told me how nice my hair smells. The conditioner used to totally detangle my hair no problem, and the new formula isn't at all. It's super weird. I get out of the shower and try to brush my hair and it's extremely difficult. I'm not sure what they changed but I hope they see the feedback and change it back!
