Details & care

What it is: A travel-friendly bottle of the brand's ultrafine restyling mist that reshapes and refreshes hair for day-1 look and feel.

What it does: The spray helps smooth frizz and flyaways for lightweight hydration, softness and shine and curl and frizz reduction. It neutralizes odors and keeps your strands fresh all day. The formula helps provide thermal protection up to 450°F and eases creases in seconds.

How to use: Lightly mist onto dry hair. Restyle as desired. Can be used to refresh any style and hair type. If using hot irons, wait until dry.
Reshaping a blowout/general use with heat: lightly mist onto dry hair, then use a blow dryer with a round brush (or any drying tool) to refresh and reshape your blowout where needed.
For curls and coils: mist hair that needs refreshing until it's damp. Use your fingers to reshape. Can be used with creams and oils. Air dry or diffuse. Heatless or air-dry refresh: Lightly mist on dry hair, focusing on any dents you want to remove. Brush through to smooth out bends or dents. Repeat as needed depending on how strong the dent is

It’s best for dark hair, mild-to-moderate oil, and anyone bothered by traditional dry-shampoo residue. I’d skip it if you need maximum oil absorption, dislike fragrance, or want a budget product.

Money Wasted

Does not perform as advertised. Must saturate hair to smooth down. Very, very strong fragrance. Dry shampoos work much better.

Versatile

Very versatile spray that I feel like fixes so many things. My favorite use would be day 2 wavy hair that needs the frizz taken down and just making my hair look nice again. It also adds a nice scent and I love the spray bottle they used for a fine even mist! gifted by livingproof

Living Proofs Perfect hair day spray is a must! The packaging has a lock on top so you can keep it from spraying when you store it. As well as, has one of the best continuous spraying mechanisms I have ever tried. Talking about the actual product, I have curly hair and it worked perfectly for a hair refresh on dry hair to revive my curls. Complimentary from livingproof

AN ABSOLUTE MUST HAVE

So I tried the Perfect Hair Day Refresh Styling Spray on my in between wash days and it’s been a lifesaver.It brings my hair back to life in minutes without making it feel heavy, sticky, or like there’s a bunch of product sitting in it. Just a quick refresh and everything looks way more put together again. Also… it actually smells really good. Like really fresh clean hair vibes without being too strong. It doesn’t replace a full wash obviously, but for busy days or when I’m being a little lazy it definitely saves my hair and my whole look specially being a mom. Complimentary from Living Proof
