What it is: A gentle clarifying shampoo that deeply cleanses, removing product plus pollution buildup, excess oil and heavy metals from hard water.
What it does: Unlike other clarifying shampoos, this nonstripping formula doesn't overcompensate with conditioning agents. The cream-to-lather formula offers a weekly reset, removing buildup to keep hair clean and reveal your hair's natural brilliance.
How to use: Use weekly in place of your regular shampoo. Apply to wet hair. Lather. Wait one to two minutes, then rinse. Follow with a conditioner or mask.

This shampoo has a very light pleasant fragrance. It has a grayish black coloring but doesn’t stain or make a mess. It lathers nicely and cleans my hair without stripping it. My hair feels lighter and healthier after using.

Disappointed
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I do not like this shampoo. It doesn't seem to work as a purifying shampoo and doesn't feel like it gets my hair clean.

Great for getting out styling products
This is a great addition to the Living Proof line. I was introduced to it by my stylist. This shampoo really makes my scalp and hair feel clean. I always use this after a slicked back style to get the gel out and make sure my hair is soft.

Deep clean
I am so excited to try living proof clarifying shampoo. I like to use tons of hair products so I need a strong shampoo that can clear up the buildups and give me refreshing scalp. This shampoo works great to deeply clean my hair without feeling too dry. My hair feels softer and healthier after few use.

Effective and great product!
Let me start by saying that I've tried my fair share of clarifying shampoos, but this one truly stands out. From the first wash, I could feel the difference it made in my hair – it felt instantly refreshed and revitalized.
What I love most about this shampoo is its ability to thoroughly cleanse without stripping away moisture or leaving my hair feeling dry and brittle. It removes all traces of buildup and residue, leaving my hair feeling clean and healthy/shiny.
The scent is wonderful and makes my hair smell fresh and lovely all day long.
I can't recommend Living Proof's Clarifying Detox Shampoo enough. It's become a staple in my haircare routine, and I don't see myself ever going back to another clarifying shampoo. Trust me, give it a try your hair will thank you later!

Amazing shampoo to remove build up!
I LOVE this Living Proof clarifying detox shampoo! My hair looks and feels amazing! The scent is heavenly! This helped reduce any itchiness on my scalp because it definitely removes any product buildup! This also decreased the oiliness of my hair! My hair looks shiny and healthy and gorgeous! I’ve never tried a Living Proof product that I didn’t like. They really make quality products.

Amazing product!
I love love love living proof shampoo! It’s literally the best. I love how this shampoo helped to strip my hair of impurities and dirt. After I used it, my hair felt light and more full and all around better! I was so excited and happy with the results.
