I purchased this because it was one of the few dress shirts I could find in NEWBORN size, unfortunately it runs super large... my newborn won’t be able to wear it probably for another few months at least.. I would say it’s more 3M. Will be returning it.

Terrible quality
I bought this shirt as our boy needs to wear a nice dress shirt 2-3x a week. I almost bought one in every size but decided to try it first. I’m so glad I did not. The fabric quality is absolutely terrible. Thin, the collar does not hold any structure at all, lasted maybe 3 washes, and we hand wash- and hang dry. Save yourself some money and go to Janie and Jack. Much better quality and cheaper.
