Luxe Dot Blanket

My now 2 year old son is absolutely obsessive about his "blankie'; he takes this particular blanket nearly everywhere and has to sleep with it every night. It is so well-used, I had to buy a second one (though I balked at the price) so I could launder one while he had the other one! It is very soft and well made. Wash in cold water, with Woolite, hang dry; do not use fabric softener and don't use high heat in the dryer (lesson learned the hard way)

If you want to most luxurious gift for the sweetest child you know, it is definitely the LUXE LITTLE GIRAFFE BLANKET! Prepare yourself! It's an addiction of the best kind! My little boy won't use anything else. We have them in every color. My husband and I had to buy the extra large adult sized blankets by Giraffe at Home. Yes, we fell in love with them SO much that we needed the adult versions for ourselves. When I found out that my friend was pregnant, I knew the right gift to send. I know she'll love it too! A word of caution: Don't use any fabric softener and hang dry after drying in the dryer for about 10 minutes for best results! It'll be the very best purchase you ever make for a child!

We originally received this blanket as a gift and I was cautioned to only wash it in cold water on delicate and to not to put it in the dryer. My daughter recently developed an attachment to this super soft blanket and insisted on sleeping with it every night however after she got over a cold, I thought it best to wash it. I followed the care instructions precisely, and I am so so SO disappointed. I washed on delicate in cold water and did not put in the dryer and the softness is GONE. The material turned rough and wiry. Ugh, how disappointing!! As lovely as these blankets feel at first I wouldn't invest in one because the quality just isn't there. Spend your $90 on something else!

These are the cuddliest , most comfortable, soft blankets ever experienced! After receiving 1 as a baby gift and being so well loved by all I ended up purchasing 2 throws in animal prints for the older children. they are the ideal size for their twin bed. They take them on every trip we go on along with their favorite pillows. Then I bought myself a full sized one and it is all I use at night! There is something so comfortable about these blankets. they keep us warm in winter yet not hot in summer.. they are amazing. we have been using ours for several years now. I wash them in cold water on gentle cycle and dry for 10 minutes on permanent press . They are still as soft and new looking as the day we bought them. They are well made and with as much use as we give them (4 blankets in our case) show no sign of wearing out or discoloration. Expensive but very worth it. I can see them being used for many more years and even handed down as heirlooms eventually. that is honestly how well made and luxurious they are. Being so "addicted" to the blankets we girls now each have the Little Giraffe robes!!! they also wash well and feel so great on makes one never want to get dressed. All babies and adults need this type wonderful comfort in life. :-)

My baby is in love with her luxe blanket! Blanket does not shed which is great because she likes to chew on it. It's so soft floppy & cuddly & also very pretty. Hang to dry & it will feel & look like new after washing. I have an HE washer & wash it on normal but separate. Directions say to wash on delicate but I don't think it gets as clean that way. So happy with our purchase I have bought my daughter 2 more.
