Exceptional
I used to use CDP brown eyeliner but it has been unavailable for years now. In the meantime, I have tried different brands of brown liners, and with a tendency to assume the higher the price the more likely quality. This Paul and Joe liner is amazing, easy to apply, and stays all day with care to prime (foundation, powder) my oily lids as at baseline. I just hope the brown does not become discontinued.
