High dosage of zinc as advertised. Careful, this is a lot of zinc to take in one day. Make sure you need it. This could really put you in a bad place if you don't. However, if you're low on zinc then one a day of these should bring you around. But don't take daily for too long because, with this much, you'll top off sooner than you think.
