Not a Tea Drinker - helps with weight stability and management
I am a mid 40s active female who has always found losing weight fairly easy, however, with age it becomes more challenging each year. I do not drink tea and hear the plastics in the bags are not good for you. Also, not crazy about the taste of matcha. That’s why I tried this supplement. I’ve found while taking it, I’m less bloated feeling and my weight seems more stable (doesn’t drastically change from a one off in my diet). Seems to make me feel more regulated in weight management, like I went back a few years. These days and my age, one dessert at night affects me, but the supplement seems to partially counteract this aging and weight gain issue. I also believe in the power of antioxidants, may not be able to see this difference right away but this is loaded with good stuff.
