Great recovery post workout
I purchased the Liposomal Beta-Alanine+ about a month ago and it has been very helpful. I workout 5-6 days a week and it is a HIIT workout and my muscles need quick recovery. After taking this supplement, I have noticed that my body recovers faster and I have more energy. This supplement is fantastic for muscle recovery and total wellness. I would highly recommend for anyone that participates in any form of exercise program.

High quality, no bad aftertaste
My husband has been buying this supplement a while and absolutely loves it. It's perfect for those who are trying to up their endurance and is easy to take with no bad aftertaste!

Best product

Convenient

Great for after workouts
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been taking this along with the multi aminos and my workout recovery has improved significantly. I had tried another brand of both for 3 months and saw no improvement, but within one month of taking these I’ve noticed shorter recovery and less pain after leg day
