terrible delivery

I would have loved to try this coat on and keep it but it was shoved in a 11x13 in bubble wrap bag that was not even sealed shut. It was bulging out the top, unbelievable that it was processed through the mail as it was. Nordstrom really needs to figure out their delivery whether it comes from their stores/warehouse or third party vendors. This was an Anniversary sale item so it's sold out but there is no way I would keep this.

Love this coat!

Love this coat! It’s very soft and warm, a little baggy, but I bought it for casual wear, so it works great!

Loved

I actually loved the jacket. I live in Southern California and it’s too warm here to have a jacket that heavy. I returned it.

Not enough sizes to choose the right size item

You don’t stock enough product to try on in store. When I got the right size you wouldn’t honor the price.
