What it is: A full-coverage, ultra-conditioning formula that delivers high-intensity, magical color results.
Who it's for: Ideal for those with pre-bleached platinum-to-medium blonde hair, though adds a tint of color to dark blonde and light brown hair.
What it does: Vibrant, bold, dark shades deliver DIY-friendly, damage-free color that works gently, washes out gradually and fades gracefully.
How to use: For best results, begin with clean, unconditioned, dry hair. Wear protective gloves and pour desired amount into a bowl. Section hair into four even sections and secure with clips. Working in one-inch wide strips, apply color evenly from root to tip with an applicator brush. Begin at the root of the hair, applying color evenly through to ends. Massage each strand with your fingers, root to tip, to ensure even distribution of color. Leave the color in for 30 minutes. For more intense, longer-lasting results, leave in for 1–2 hours. It won't damage hair as it does not contain any harsh chemicals or bleach. Rinse hair in cool-to-lukewarm water until your hair feels clean. More intense shades may not rinse clear for the first few washes. Do not shampoo. Conditioner is optional.

Received wrong color & product did not work
I was so excited to try this product. I ordered dirty mermaid which is a gorgeous midnight teal. I started applying it and noticed it was a very grayish blue, I checked the bottle and the bottle was the color "On Mute" packaged in a "Dirty Mermaid" box. Oh well nothing I could do about it it was already on half of my hair. The directions say leave on for 30 min but for better intensity you can leave on for 1-2 hours. I left it on for about 1:15 and as soon as I rinsed my hair I could tell the color did not stick. Although I deeply saturated the entire section I was doing it was patchy, did not provide full coverage and was not true to color.

Vegan Dye Pro
I have fully bleached hair that I regularly switch the color of and lime crime is the only dye I like using. I've tried all the vegan dyes from manic panic to arctic fox and lime crime is the absolute best. I've used all of their full coverage colors (the tints are a bit too light for me since my hair is naturally dark). Here are some color specific tips: the blues and greens stay on the longest and typically require bleach to remove, whereas the reds and yellows fade quickly and require touch ups every few weeks depending on how much you wash. If you want a color to really stick, use overtone after and it'll seal the lime crime color in for months and fade very nicely.

Beautiful color that lasted longer than expected
I purchased this hoping to buy some extra time between salon dye jobs. When I tried this, it had been six weeks since I'd visited my colorist, and in addition to roots showing, I also had some gray that I wanted to color. I'm naturally mousy brown, dyed auburn with cool undertones. I was BEYOND THRILLED with my results. For about 9 days, I got really saturated, even color -- I used Valentine and it took my hair to an almost magenta color. At this writing, it's been two weeks and I still have a decent amount of color, including pretty good gray coverage. My hair feels shiny, full and soft, this did not damage or strip the moisure out of my hair. Not knowing what to expect, I am really happy with the results.
Also: I left this in my hair for the full two hours. I have long hair, probably 4 or 5 inches past my shoulder, and I still only used half a tub.

Worked as well as we had hoped!
I bought this for my nine year old daughter, as she’d been asking to dye her hair but I didn’t want to cause damage. The directions were easy to follow and it turned out just as the photos showed. Her hair was soft and healthy after using it, too.

Amazing color!
LOVE , LOVE, LOVE this product. The color shows up pretty darn well on brown hair, and I only left it in for 45 minutes. I will leave in for a full 2 hours next time just to see what comes out. Smells wonderful. Didn't leave my hair really soft as others have noted, but I will be buying other colors for sure from this line.
