The ruffled collar is such a great touch.
This dress will be great when it starts cooling off. It’s a thicker dress so I’m waiting to wear it when the weather is cooler. It’s got enough stretch to be fitted but it’s still comfortable.

Nice fabric, very thin, polyester lining
I am 5 foot even, 103 lbs and xs fit well. But I did not like the design on the collar, it went up too high on the back. My neck is average length. Better suited for someone with a slightly longer neck. The lining was not the usual Lilly quality. Rather it was a very thin stretchy lining. The outer fabric if the dress is nice. Unfortunately I will return.
