My New Fave!
This is my new favorite mascara. I love that the wand separates the lashes and really makes them look much longer, without it looking spidery or clumpy.

Not for me
Based on the reviews, I was really excited to try this mascara. I have long, thick, & very straight eyelashes. I use a Shu Uemura lash curler which works well. This mascara takes a long, long time to dry, my lashes stuck together no matter how carefully I applied it, and they didn't stay curled. It's good to try new products, but I'm sticking with my long time go-to Chanel mascara.

My 16 yo daughter said this was the best mascara ever so I tried it. It’s ok but I still prefer Chanel le volume, hands down my favorite. BANG definitely lengthened my lashes but they clumped together. Mascara was wetter than I prefer.

love the mascara, but the wand....
I really like this mascara- and I REALLY like the bristles— BUT the brush keeps falling out of the top/handle part. I tried pressing back in and thought that would work- but it fell out again, and again- and again.
I think I’ll take it back to the store for an exchange- or perhaps this is just a defect that Benefit has had with this mascara?

Great for asian lashes like mine
This is a great mascara for holding a curl! I have naturally flat asian lashes... and I’ve tried every mascara out there. This one is the best without having to use a waterproof formula. The trick to using this mascara (if you have straight asian lashes like me) is to use a lash curler and then coat the lashes with a thin layer at first so that the lashes won’t fall down. Then you do another coat and voila, you have perfect curled and lengthened lashes! You will love this mascara, it really does separate and is smudge free!

My favorite mascara
I've used Benefit mascaras for several years & the BADgal BANG! since it came out. I haven't been able to beat it for volume & length. It is not described as waterproof, but i find it to stay in place very well. The small brush is the real selling point for me & I am able to get great application with it.
