so comfy, runs big
This is such a great all-around dress. Can easily dress it up but simple enough to just wear around the house. Really soft and nice shape to it. Runs big though! I am usually a 4-6 depending on the dress but got a 2 in this and have room. I am 5’3” and 125 lbs.

Unapologetically awful
This dress has almost nothing going for it. The fabric is sufficiently thick, and the dress fit well through the shoulders and back, but the gathered waistline was, on me, a true empire waist - it fell immediately below my bust line. From there the dress balloons to the first tier - literally. The fabric is cut in an arc between the waistline and the first ruffle, creating an odd & unfortunate bubble skirt effect that is compounded by the inexplicably bulky pockets.
It’s difficult to imagine a less flattering dress. It’s a cross between a mumu and maternity wear. If you are, in fact, pregnant, this dress will carry you through month 9.

So wanted to love this
Everything about this dress is great, except for one thing. The way the pockets sit make your hips look way bigger. If you are hour glass like me, pear or apple shaped, no bueno. If you want the appearance or a curvier bottom, have at it. Also, size down, maybe two sizes. I always order a few sizes to try because of this exact reason.

Great for pregnancy
I’m cracking up at the “unapologetically awful” review because I am indeed pregnant and this dress is wonderful for a growing bump! I can’t imagine it on my normal athletic frame though, it wouldn’t be flattering on anyone with even the slightest of curves.

Great summer casual dress
I'm writing a review because I almost didn't order this based on some of the bad reviews. This dress is exactly how it is pictured on the model. Looks great and made with perfect light summery fabric. I did order a size down and happy that I did. I run between a 4 and 6, but ordered the 4. The only reason I order a 6 is because my bust doesn't fit in all size 4's (34D). The pockets do not poof out to make hips look bigger. I also liked that the arms were not too tight but just right. Very happy with my purchase.
